Kinseth Hospitality recognizes 2 sales directors for financial
Kinseth Hospitality Companies recently recognized directors of sales at two of its properties for outstanding achievement. Sarah Schipper, director of sales at the Clarion Inn, Mason City earned awards for Sales Excellence/Community Marketing and for Financial Achievement; and Mandy VanVoorhis, director of sales at the Best Western Clear Lake, was honored with a Financial Achievement Award.

Hilton Garden Inn honors Director of Sales of the Year for entire brand
Hilton Garden Inn recently honored Kip Damrow with the title of Director of Sales of the Year for the entire brand. Mr. Damrow has been director of sales at the 119-room Hilton Garden Inn Mayfair since 2006 and was nominated by proving to be an outstanding role model for his team members. Damrow was also recognized by the North Carolina Coast Host trade association as their hospitality Person of the year – Southern Region, and is serving his third term as president of the Wilmington Area Hospitality Association.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Conway, Arkansas honored with Marriott's Diamond
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Conway in Arkansas was honored with Marriott's Diamond Award as one of the top 10 Fairfield Inn & Suites properties in America. The hotel near Conway Regional Medical Center was nominated by Michael DePrez, regional director of 3H Group Hotels Inc. which operates the property. "The property’s staff consistently strives to be number one," he said. DePrez also recognized key staff members who go above and beyond to be models in leadership and excellent customer service. "The property’s Director of Sales, Chad Starr, worked to build relationships with local schools and universities and treats groups like they are the only guests at the hotel."
